Getting to where I can sit without anything under me for a short time. Feeling stronger and straighter in my spine connection to hips while sitting. Checked in with Gurudev the yoga super master. He emphasized again that the straight spine is the key, the legs can be in different position, and to include the top of my head. He also mentioned that if one goes into samadhi to expect some rounding or curving of the spine forward.
While I was meditating, it felt like the manhole was in the top of my head instead of my heart. As if there was no top of my head.
