Download for the day. We are all like small tornados with an inner stillness connected to the whole, but we have these spirals of history swirling around defining our outlook on life. As we live more and more in the inner tornado (stillness) there is less debris in the outer tornado. Until it all dissolves into being only the inner stillness which is the truth/reality.
