Had another lovely hike with Takao. He really enjoyed his stay and we both recognize what a privilege it is to sit at the feet of Gurudev. Life changing for both of us. He headed back to California today.
For the past month, I have experienced meditations where I sit and then everything disappears. I don't think I am falling asleep, because I am not tired. I don't always remember what happens next, but eventually I return to the world most familiar to my brain.
