Thought I would look at my consciousness capacity by taking on my walk up the hill where last time I felt the need to yell obscenities after almost being struck by a vehicle three times. Quite tranquil this morning--only one or two honks. As one of the ashram disciples keeps reminding me, "India has 0 -100 available at any moment." The walk started with these new statues appearing on the wall, but then there was also a tragic burn pile with one of the statues. Symbolism? Ritual?
