Time for humor.  I have always lived by the idea:  when in doubt laugh and especially at yourself!! While I was sitting in stillness today, this idea comes out of nowhere,  "I am a Selfseed."  I am quietly reforming internally with the idea of sprouting at some point.  www.Selfseeds.com
