1:15 the purest of the pure. As we were getting into the car to head back to Jaipur, this was a full circle for me. Witnessing a Divine Being who lives in the same place on the street, year after year, rain or shine, heat or cold, asking for nothing, and living with the basics, and sharing with the local animals. Is there more needed when dissolved into the Absolute Truth/Love of the universe? How appropriate to see the essence of life in a body. I was told how to sneak up on him to take a photograph, but I felt such a deep sense of respect that taking this photo with him at peace was enough. At that moment he turned towards us, there was that same moment of recognition no different than walking through the crowd and witnessing a youthful Pahari Baba. The look is so clear and penetrating that it takes one by surprise. My travel companion pranamed and he acknowledged her presence with a hand gesture.
