Returning to the feet of Gurudev and a Shiva Celebration at the Ashram. What a gift to be able to sit at Gurudev's feet and digest the remarkable experience--three hours of inner stillness while the Shiva Celebration went on around me. Continuous energetic shifts were taking place, but a place of peace at a deeper level was created. Practice from the morning lesson of finding the inner place of stillness irregardless of what is going on around me.
