The photos don't do justice to the size and shear drops. I had to sit down to take the first photo, because of the incredible height. In wanting to just hike to the top of the ridge and take a peek-- "Oh My!!" was the reaction. One forgets the magnitude of nature at times. Lovely to spend two days with the volcanos to absorb their vastness and the incredible effect of Mother Nature when she wants to let off a little bit of power.
