Eight years ago, I was studying the spiritual/mental construction of the enneagram. What fun to attend a work shop on transformation through the lens of the enneagram in Seattle, WA. Rereading the books and listening to the speaker for three days has tied a nice bow around what I learned while in India. Western words for an Eastern experience. Looking at the diversity of humanity from the typing system of the Enneagram. Humans are way less scary now and I know why they are scratchy. Grace.

One pattern that emerged in India was what I was using as a climbing rope often needed removing with the wheelbarrow to the surrender pile when it had served its purpose. I never would have foreseen that my diligence as a seeker to call out my ego was becoming an obstruction in the merging into the new state of awareness for Absolute Truth and Love.
