Thank you Help In Suffering!!!! The dog was rescued. Confirmed no hair and injured hind legs. We all have our point of contact to service in the help of suffering. Offering to pay for his medical needs and castration.
While waiting for a photo print, I got to wear my designer t-shirt--"fuck me" on one side as the men couldn't quit staring and "$" on the other side as they tried to charge me double of what I paid last time. The difference this time was I didn't feel like their handprints were on it when I continued my walk down the street.
