The internal fire keeps extinguishing itself through stillness within. I can operate from that place and I notice there is more clarity, no emotion, and a space for truth to surface. My mind wants to sit at a lake's edge with a mountain as a backdrop or some tranquil setting, but I know that is a trick. The tranquility and peace has to be found internally. Sharp turn to an outward and inward stillness practice, the magnetism to silence is very strong.
