Still adjusting to the time change.  Found my way to the gym for the first day. Sometimes I am not sure if I am sleeping or in another space/time.  There are times that I have a hard time finding my body again and it is those times that feel very deep. Such grace to be in the presence of Gurudev and receive his suggestions whatever they may be.
