An electronic diary sharing my spiritual path through observations/experiences, photos, videos, articles and more. It started with intensity at the end of January 2011 when I decided to go to South Africa and see the truth of animals living in the wild. Unsatisfied with the answers, I went to India looking for the truth of humans in an ancient civilization. Packing up my life as a dressage trainer in Southern California, I moved to Jaipur, India to follow a spiritual inquiry.

Selecting, Planting, Nurturing, and Growing Selfseeds
Thomas Jefferson Middle School ASES Photography class creating a digital Selfseeds Partnering |
It turns out the blog is not being shut down, so onward. The new Selfseeds website is getting near the state of completion. The work with the middle school kids and Selfseeds has been inspiring and eye opening for how to select, plant, nurture, and grow Selfseeds!
The inner path is relentless and amazing. How many times do we circle or spiral? How many lifetimes and how many times in every lifetime. The outer awareness continues to be futile in solving, so it is always leading me back to the state of my inner awareness. The contrast of the Ashram and the daily walks in India highlight the work, but in America I could get distracted. Finally, I think the practice is becoming for Universal no matter where I am, who I am with, or what is going on.
The summer will be spent in a gorgeous city in Colorado. I have a running river out my door on one side and a beautiful mountain on the other side. The horses arrived and will have a great place to live as well. Riding horse, teaching, and starting a third book on roaming animals on the planet are in the works as well as growing Selfseeds.
The return to sit in the Ashram is always a highlight of the year. I am hoping for early October.
